The latest seasonal allocations for February 2025 have been announced by the Storage Manager.

Inflow to reservoirs during January totalled 638 ML (excluding Taylors Lake), or approximately 18.2% of the historic long-term average. Persistent dry catchment conditions have significantly limited inflow to storages, with only small resource improvements identified. With limited resource improvement over the month, allocation remain unchanged.

Wimmera-Mallee Pipeline Product entitlements remain at 18% allocation. No allocation has been possible yet to the following: the Glenelg River Compensation Flow, Recreation, Wetlands and Commonwealth Environmental entitlements. In addition, a total of 16.6 GL has been allocated to the system reserve for the next water year.
