October 2017 Allocations have been announced by the Storage Manager. Wimmera-Mallee Pipeline Product has increased from 65% to 81%. Glenelg compensation flow and Wetlands entitlement increased from 9% and 8% respectively to 25% and Recreation entitlement increased from 7% to 20%. There has been no change to Commonwealth allocation this month.
The Storage Manager has released its second quarterly operating plan supplement for October to December 2017. This supplement accompanies the Annual Operating Plan and looks specifically at reservoir system operation over the upcoming 3-month period. The Storage Manager has released its Annual Operating Plan for the 2017-18 water year. A quarterly operating plan supplement for July to September 2017 accompanies the annual plan, and looks specifically at reservoir system operation this 3-month period. Opening Allocations for July 2017-18 water year have been announced by the Storage Manager. Wimmera-Mallee Pipeline Product has receieved a 37% allocation, and a 1% allocation has been made to the Glenelg Compensation Flow.

The Storage Manager has conducted an assessment of the risk of spill for the system headworks, as per the methodology defined in the Storage Management Rules. The results of this assessment have enabled the Storage Manager to declare a low risk of spill for the 2017-18 water year as of 3 July 2017.
June 2017 allocations have been announced by the Storage Manager. The Commonwealth Environmental Water Holder allocation has increased to 51%, with all other entitlements having received 100% of their entitlement allocation.
